Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced

Method
 

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Add the sirloin steak pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables for serving.
Cook the Steak Tips
  1. Remove the steak tips from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Grill the steak tips for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach desired doneness.
Serve
  1. Remove the steak tips from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve the steak tips on a platter with cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, and sliced bell pepper.
