These Reuben Sandwich Sliders are a fun and delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, perfect for parties or game day. They feature layers of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a tangy dressing, all baked to melty perfection.

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 loaf slider brioche bread sliced into individual sliders
  • 1 pound corned beef thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the brioche bread into individual slider-sized pieces and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced corned beef evenly over the bottom halves of the bread.
  4. Spread the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
  5. Drizzle the Russian or Thousand Island dressing evenly over the cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the bread on the sliders, then brush the melted butter on top.
  7. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top if using, then cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
