Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 2 pounds ground beef preferably 80/20 for juiciness
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce adds flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns mini burger buns or pumpkin-shaped buns if available
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for serving
  • 1/2 cup mustard for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Beef Patties
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into round patties. To create the pumpkin shape, use a cookie cutter or your hands to gently pinch the sides.
Cook the Sliders
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  3. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  2. Place each patty on a slider bun and top with shredded lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive pumpkin-shaped sliders!
