Prepare the Beef Patties
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into round patties. To create the pumpkin shape, use a cookie cutter or your hands to gently pinch the sides.
Cook the Sliders
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
Assemble the Sliders
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Place each patty on a slider bun and top with shredded lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
