Prepare the Chicken

- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the pounded chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Coat the Chicken
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let the excess drip off.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the pretzel crumbs, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
Bake the Chicken
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Once baked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
