- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until well combined.
- Gradually add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish evenly, using a spatula or wax paper to help smooth it out.
- Sprinkle the pink sprinkles evenly over the top while the mixture is still warm.
- Let the treats cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.

For a more vibrant pink color, add more drops of red food coloring to the mixture. Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
