Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pimento peppers drained and diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pimento peppers, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions for garnish.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

Notes
