Method
- In a bowl, combine the mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and oregano. Mix well and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of whole grain bread.
- Place the unbuttered side of two slices of bread on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture on top of each.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm.
