Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut water or regular water
For Garnish (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Add the mango chunks, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and coconut water to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding honey or agave syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds and shredded coconut on top for garnish, if using.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
