Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 3 cups cooked turkey shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garnish
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup cranberries dried

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, diced celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to your preference.
  5. To serve, place a handful of mixed salad greens on each plate and top with the turkey salad.
  6. Garnish with dried cranberries for an added touch of sweetness.
