Prepare the Base

- Repeat the process until all the mixture is shaped into 'potatoes'.

- Place the ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Roll each shaped candy in the cinnamon until fully coated.
Chill and Serve
- Arrange the candies on a serving platter.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
