  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts (if using).
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper as needed.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a side dish.
