- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the turkey with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and stir well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lime wedges.
