Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red wine vinegar.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that all pieces are well coated.
  5. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade before cooking.
