Prepare the Chicken

- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Cook the Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

- While the chicken is baking, heat the garlic knots according to package instructions or prepare homemade garlic knots.
- Once heated, slice the garlic knots horizontally to create sandwich buns.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Place a piece of the baked chicken on the bottom half of each garlic knot.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with the top half of the garlic knot.
Serve
- Serve immediately while hot, with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
