Method
Prepare the Salmon
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Salmon
- Add the salmon bites to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
Combine and Serve
- Return the salmon bites to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
