Garlic Butter Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 pound salmon fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Add the salmon bites to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the salmon bites to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes
