Method
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Evenly distribute the chopped dates over the melted chocolate layer, pressing them in slightly.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same method as the dark chocolate.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the date layer, spreading it to cover completely.
- Sprinkle the sea salt evenly over the top of the bark.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Once firm, remove from the pan and break into pieces.
