Method
Prepare the Base
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and mini marshmallows until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set slightly.
Prepare the Topping
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, pour the white chocolate over the set fudge base and spread evenly.
- While the white chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the chopped Easter candy on top, pressing down lightly to adhere.
- Refrigerate again for at least 30 minutes until fully set.
Serve
- Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve. Enjoy your festive Easter treat!
