- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach to the bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese, reserving some for the topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or bread.
