Prepare the Potatoes

- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Combine and Serve
- Once the potatoes are done roasting, remove them from the oven and place them in a serving dish.
- Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the roasted potatoes and gently toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
