Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, roasted red peppers, marinara sauce, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
