Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
For the Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and cover the skillet.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spoon a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
