Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
For the Topping
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil torn

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of the salad.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly over the salad and burrata.
