Prepare the Pork Chops
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Make the Coating
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, and bread crumbs.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Coat the Pork Chops
- Coat each pork chop in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Pork Chops
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of each pork chop for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
