- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to make the marinade.
- Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them generously with the marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy, turning halfway through.
- Remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
