Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to create a seasoning blend.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to make the marinade.
  5. Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them generously with the marinade.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
