Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
For the Mango Glaze
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Mango Glaze
  1. In a bowl, combine mango puree, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well to combine.
  2. Pour the glaze into the skillet with the chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking, allowing it to thicken and coat the chicken.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Once the chicken is cooked and coated in the glaze, remove from heat.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
