  • 8 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 4 oz deli ham
  • 4 oz Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half. Layer turkey, ham, and cheese generously.
  4. Brush melted butter over the assembled croissant melts.
