  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and hot sauce until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the creamy mixture in the baking dish; place seasoned chicken on top and cover with remaining sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
