  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (340g)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted (150g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes (2g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly. Add granulated sugar and corn syrup; stir continuously until glossy.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture turns a golden amber color.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and toasted almonds until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
