  5. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While cooling, whip powdered sugar with milk until smooth to create the filling.
  7. Once cookies are cool, spread the filling between two cookies to assemble and enjoy.
