  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cube it.
  2. Chop bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
