  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare all seafood and vegetables: rinse shrimp and scallops; cut corn, zucchini, and red bell pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Marinate shrimp and scallops for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Thread shrimp, scallops, corn, zucchini, and bell pepper onto skewers without overcrowding.
