  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, flour, coffee granules, and baking powder until combined.
  3. Create a well in the center and add eggs, melted butter (cooled), and vanilla extract. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
