  • 4 cups green chiles, roasted or canned

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Stir in garlic until fragrant.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and brown the pork chunks on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
