Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, grated apples, eggs, and milk until smooth.

  5. For the streusel topping, mix flour, cold butter, and brown sugar in a small bowl until crumbly.
