  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (plus more for topping)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Layer with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. Top with remaining batter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Broil for an additional minute to toast marshmallows if desired.
  6. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serve warm.
