Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place each square into a muffin tin mold, pressing gently to form cup shapes.

  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
