  • 8 oz whipped topping (non-dairy)

  • 3 oz berry jello mix

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. 2. Beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.

  4. 4. Prepare jello according to package instructions using one cup less water. Pour gently over the berries and cream layer once cooled slightly.
  5. 5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. 6. Before serving, top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with leftover berries.
