  • 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb dried spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent; add garlic for an additional minute.
  4. Add canned tomatoes and seasoning. Gently place meatballs into the pot.
  5. Secure the lid and set to 'Manual' mode for 8 minutes on high pressure.
  6. After cooking, use quick release to release pressure. Stir in spaghetti with 2 cups water or broth. Close the lid again and set to 'Manual' for an additional 5 minutes.
