  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to reduce starch.
  3. Drain and pat the slices dry using paper towels.

  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
